We are currently waiting on an air conditioner which is being ordered. All staff have been pleasant but Krystal really stands out. She is the one who always returns calls and communicates actively with suppliers and then lets us know the result. We have really valued her service and would always try and deal with her when purchasing other items.

Rang for a quote on a new Coffee machine as the one I had purchased from them around 18 months ago needed replacing as the milk frothier no longer worked & the manual I had said 12 months warranty- I couldn't find the purchase docket so wasn't exactly sure of when I had purchased it but knew it was over 12 months.After chatting to the salesperson he checked my purchase history & found I had paid for an extra 2 years replacement warranty which I had completely forgotten about, he emailed me a copy of my purchase Invoice gave me a number to ring, apologised that he was not able to do it for me ( Sunbeam's policy) I rang the operator who provided me with a replacement number which he also sent to Betta Home Living and we picked up our new machine no charge, wow I was super impressed with both Betta / Ulladulla & Sunbeam. Couldn't be happier with the service

I needed a fridge/freezer urgently and I searched for one for days on the internet. My search ended with finding Knudsons our local store who were friendly helpful and gave me a great discount.
