I bought a 3 piece outdoor setting in chocolate brown on line. Ordered in advance and the furniture was delivered from Melbourne. Items were all fine but I had some difficulty in assembling the 2 chairs myself. Jeysun of Luxo Living assembled the chairs for me. Certainly above & beyond what you would expect. We bought a cot mattress from their ebay site and paid with paypal. The transaction went smoothly without any issue. The cot mattress was delivered quickly, and the customer service was really helpful when I call up to confirm the delivery. The mattress was delivered in a relatively small box, the mattress has been vacuum plastic bag sealed. It was easy to un-box and decompress the vacuumed mattress. Left the mattress for 48 hours and was ready to use. Quite impress with the quality of the mattress. Would definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.
